Did you get any sleep the night before the wedding?
I slept like a baby the night before! Something about being at the end of all the craziness is just wonderful.
Where did you stay and what did you do?
I stayed at our house, talked with some of my best friends who stayed with us, and went to bed pretty early.
What song did you first dance to?
Living on Love by Alan Jackson. There was just no way a slow song was happening.
What was your most memorable part of the evening?
Right after all of the important things were done (dances, cake, etc.) it starting pouring rain. Like cats and dogs. Everyone at the wedding ran around trying to help pull everything inside and get it packed away. We ended up mostly soaked in the barn out back. From what everyone kept saying I guess rain is good luck on your wedding day!
If you could have changed one thing, what would it have been?
You know, I wouldn’t change a thing. It was perfect.
Maybe we should have eaten dinner? lol
Any advice for future Brides?
Take it all in. Enjoy everything you planned for and say thank you a whole lot. It is so much sweeter on the other side of it all.
Best Advice someone gave you?
My now sister-in-law told me a couple weeks before the wedding to do my very best to not get separated from Laramy at the recetion. She was so right! Its awesome to have my memories of the wedding all include him by my side.
Silliest Advice someone gave you?
Some on wrote on our sign-able picture frame, “If you must fight- fight naked.”
Oh boy.
What was your experience like with Brit Nicole Photography?
We have loved it! We are about the most awkward picture takers of all time and we so appreciated your patience and gentle guidance. You captured who we are and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!
